Many women make mistakes when cleaning their vaginas: They do not even know how much they impair their health!
What some women do wrong?
Maintaining intimate hygiene is something we all think we have absorbed. However, it’s rare for anyone to do it the right way. Gynecologists explains how to properly maintain the hygiene of the intimate area. Most women to maintain intimate hygiene use either soap or bath specifically for this purpose. However, both of these choices may be wrong.
The soap is too aggressive for the intimate flora. If you already have to use something, it can be a bath, but exclusively with a pH value of 4.6 to 4.8 because only those are not too aggressive.
How to clean the vagina properly?
What all the gynecologists point out is that in essence every chemical treatment is unnecessary because the vagina cleanse itself. If we strictly adhere to what is best for us, we only wash the outside of the intimate area with a bath (carefully selected), while the inner part of the vagina is purified by water.
In addition to the baths, intimate douche with already prepared means are also of great danger to the intimate flora. You can rinse the vagina with teas (for example, sage, and you can try baking soda). Industrial products for this purpose should be avoided.
And another important thing – most women direct the stream of water directly into the vagina, which is a completely inadequate approach. Let the jet under lower pressure flow from the top to avoid the bacteria penetrating deep into the vagina.
If you adhere to the correct way to cleanse the vagina, you will preserve the health of your most intimate body part and your vagina will smell naturally and healthily.
